Sassy Minerals

I've received a reply from Sassy Minerals on  last few Saturday (13 November 2010) and below is the email reply from them: 

"I am so so so very sorry for this delay! We have been bombarded with orders lately and recently lost one of our team members due to her husband being transferred for his job. We have been falling a little behind but are back on track as of this week with new product expected to be released in the next week or two. I can't apologize enough for our neglecting to respond, we have no right to make excuses, but I wanted you to know we are here working as fast as we can to make sure our order delivery time and e-mail response times get back to the speedy nature we would expect as customers.

Please forgive us for this lack of service, we promise to make up for it from here on out." 

Received my eye pigments somewhere last week.
