Neighbors

Ok, I'm sure everyone has encountered these kind of problems with their neighbors (either past or present or maybe even in future...)

My current neighbor seems to be alright though at times they can be inconsiderate as well. A frequent thing which they will tend to do is to hang their clothes onto people's fence without asking for any permission from their next door neighbors.

Allowing their children to run around and entering other neighbor's houses and dirtying their compound.  The parents will only be coming out if that particular neighbor were to return to their house. 

Sometimes I do wonder what are the parents doing.....  Is this one of the causes that the cases of missing children or being kidnapped has been happening?  Cause the parents are not bothering to take note of what are their children are doing???
