Origins Cleanser

Got these two cleansers from Origins (The Gardens). 

Mega Mushroom Face Cleanser

Got this in the travel size from their trial pack and have been using it for the past few weeks, like it as it doesn't cause my skin to tighten after washing.  It doesn't have any foam and doesn't lather up.

From the description of the Origins website: 

"This extremely gentle, milky lotion cleanser features a proprietary, signature blend – Hypsizygus ulmarius, Cordyceps and Reishi Mushrooms, Ginger, Turmeric and Holy Basil – as well as skin soothing Bisabolol from Chamomile and Licorice Extract. It quickly removes makeup, dirt, debris and impurities without upsetting skin's naturally protective lipid balance and keeps even highly sensitive or reactive skin calm throughout the cleansing process." 

Another cleanser which I'm currently trying is the A Perfect World Cleanser: 

This is the cleanser that I have been using for this week since the Mega Mushroom Cleanser (travel size) is used up.  Liking it so far and it didn't give me the tight feeling as well.  

The description from the Origins website:

Am in a dilemma as to which to get as the full size now.  =(

Remark: Mind you that this is just from my experience and it might differ on each individual skin.

Origins Mask Set

Bought the Mask Marvels from Origins recently.  

The set consists of three (3) masks (Out of Trouble, Clear Improvement and Drink Up) and if not mistaken, it is currently being sold at MYR165.  All the tubes are in the travel size (75ml).

I know it's late but these are my Sassy Minerals Hauls pictures.  =D

My Sassy Haul

Sassy Minerals are selling the sample size (consists of 1 1/6 teaspoon in 3gm jars w/o sifter) for USD0.75 each which is quite affordable considering that they are packaging the pigments in jars.  The full size are 1gm in 5gm jars (USD4.25 each).  

NOTE: They seal the jars individually (even for their sample jars) which ensures that no spills happens during delivery to you.

I've received a reply from Sassy Minerals on  last few Saturday (13 November 2010) and below is the email reply from them: 

"I am so so so very sorry for this delay! We have been bombarded with orders lately and recently lost one of our team members due to her husband being transferred for his job. We have been falling a little behind but are back on track as of this week with new product expected to be released in the next week or two. I can't apologize enough for our neglecting to respond, we have no right to make excuses, but I wanted you to know we are here working as fast as we can to make sure our order delivery time and e-mail response times get back to the speedy nature we would expect as customers.

Ramblings 003

Sorry guys, for the long absence.  Been having troubles with my Streamyx connection for the past few days.  Though I have my connection back but it doesn't seemed to be very stable at the moment. 

Out of four pings, normally only three will go thru.  But it is better than nothing for the time being.

Rapidshare has expired and will need to renew it soon.  (Probably by this weekend....)

Oh, I am feeling great today despite all the rantings above.  =)

Know why???? 

CAUSE my SASSY Minerals parcel arrived today.  Will be posting up some pictures soon (no definite date yet).  =p

Ikea

Heard from my colleague who was at Ikea on Sunday that he and his little encountered an incident there. 

It seems that while my colleague's wife was queuing up at the counter to buy food, my colleague and his little daughter was waiting at a table where this family had finished eating.  But instead of leaving the table, they were sitting there and my colleague did not mind about it as he was thinking that this family might just want to sit a few more minutes before continuing their shopping. 

To the surprise of my colleague, instead of just passing the table to my colleague they passed to another family that was just starting to look for a table to sit.  Mind you that the family that was sitting at a table was a malay and the other family that was just starting to look for a table was also a malay.  This was witnessed by a quite a few people.  My colleague (chinese guy & little daughter) who was patiently waiting was quite disappointed with this incident and here our PM has been promoting the 1Malaysia concept. 

Another chinese family who had witnessed the incident called my colleague's daughter to sit with them as they will be finishing soon and my colleague & his family can have the table once they are done. 

Ok, I do know that there are still people who practices racism but am disappointed that this is happening here in Malaysia when our PM has been promoting the 1Malaysia concept.  =(

Keyboard Protector

Nearly forgotten about the keyboard protector that I got for free from buying my netbook previously.  Thought of putting it onto my netbook but unfortunately it was too big.

Then decided to use if for my laptop (Aspire 4520) which fits nicely.

Sick!!

What bad luck, suddenly got the flu though the sore throat has been there for the past three days.  =(

Went to the doctor and was given a bunch of medicines.  All TABLETs (Imagining the amount of water which I'll need to consume just to take all of it) @_@

Just placed an order for some samples from Sassy Minerals and opted for EMS shipping. 

Hopefully it'll be arriving safely to M'sia. Keeping my fingers crossed.

Rock Climbing

Got lulled by a friend to try out rock climbing.  It seemed quite interesting and was informed that it's the fastest way to slim down....  in fact, that was the reason am so keen on it (slimming benefit & boy do I need that).

Heard about Camp5 at 1 Utama but was informed that they are quite expensive.  Due to that am still surveying for other places before making my final decision.  =p

Saved

Found this tortoise wandering on the road outside of my house on Friday.  With the cars going to & fro on the road, we were afraid that it might be run over.

Decided to take it back.  Currently staying in our backyard while we are searching a pond to release it back out.

Ramblings 002

Had a great meetup with my friends at The Gardens yesterday.  Looking forward to doing it more often in future.  =)

Table

Bought a new laptop table from Ikea which cost around RM89 for one.  It's an improvement from another table which I was using previously that causes backache due to it's lowered height.

Quite happy with the purchase as this is definitely an improvement to my back.  : p

PS: Still waiting for a reply from Sassy Minerals & Glamour Doll Eyes on my queries.  =(

Pigments Craze

Since I'm currently crazy for mineral eye pigments, have been checking out a few sites like:

3. Lumiere Cosmetics Mineral Makeup 

Mineral Eye Pigments

Ordered some eye pigments from LovingMinerals last month and quite liking it.  Majority of it are from Lumiere Cosmetics hence the colors are quite pigmented and smooth.  

Normally will use it with Too Faced Shadow Insurance as found that a lot of blogs mentioning that mineral eye pigments tends to crease easily.  

Will try to put up another post about the colors that I've ordered and the swatches when I've tried out all of the colors.  =)

Neighbors

Ok, I'm sure everyone has encountered these kind of problems with their neighbors (either past or present or maybe even in future...)

My current neighbor seems to be alright though at times they can be inconsiderate as well. A frequent thing which they will tend to do is to hang their clothes onto people's fence without asking for any permission from their next door neighbors.

Allowing their children to run around and entering other neighbor's houses and dirtying their compound.  The parents will only be coming out if that particular neighbor were to return to their house. 

Sometimes I do wonder what are the parents doing.....  Is this one of the causes that the cases of missing children or being kidnapped has been happening?  Cause the parents are not bothering to take note of what are their children are doing???
